Who are we:
VC FIT UNIT is a personal training and group fitness center where an enthusiastic team of expert personal trainers guides adults and young people on a daily basis. Our core activity consists of providing targeted, customized physical training. Young people who need special attention can also come to us. We work trauma sensitive: personal training on a therapeutic basis with a customized program in the form of circuit training in combination with boxing and kickboxing. This offer fits in well with the individual needs of athletes / participants.
Target audiences:
- We are there for everyone, young and old.
- Adults and young people who get emotionally stuck in their functioning, for example due to fear of failure or little self-confidence.
Our groups consist of a maximum of 4 to 8 participants either individually or a combination of group training and individual. This way you experience the expertise of the private trainer and learn to get the best out of yourself in a group and personally with one-on-one training. And attention is paid to the social/emotional aspect and how you can regain balance with your physical and psychological well-being. By the way, training is suitable for every age and every (fitness) level.

Our method:
An intake will be conducted by one of the trainers during a personal introductory meeting. This takes approximately 30-60 minutes, including a free trial lesson. During the conversation, all kinds of information is collected such as wishes, goals, height and weight, any injuries and/or medication use to form the most concrete possible picture of who you are and what you would like. Based on this information, a suitable proposal will be made and we will explain what you can expect from us.
What do we offer:
- Measure weight, BMI, fat percentage, muscle percentage, visceral fat and calorie needs.
- During the therapeutic training for young people, we schedule an evaluation meeting every two months to discuss progress. This can be done in consultation with parents/guardians or the care provider who registered you. Always in consultation with the 12 young person and their legal representatives.
- Customized training where each session can last 45 to 60 minutes.
- A varied training schedule that suits the wishes and needs of the participant(s).
- Personal training on a therapeutic basis: circuit training in combination with boxing and kickboxing.
- Outdoor training or at the location of VC FIT UNIT. The training takes place 1 to 3 times a week. Time frame in consultation on average between 45 and 90 minutes. Strength exercises and functional training are tailored to level and personal objective(s).
- Your privacy is guaranteed and film or image material will never be made without permission.
